As an entrepreneur with a passion for leveraging technology to tackle business challenges, I’ve embarked on a journey of discovery and innovation since 1998. Currently, I hold the positions of founder and CEO at Rattle Tech and Averiware, two ventures that epitomize my commitment to creating tech-driven solutions that address real-world problems. My entrepreneurial path could be described as somewhat serendipitous. Prior to embarking on this journey, my career was rooted in accounting—I served as a company’s controller and initiated my first business endeavor as a sideline project, which eventually blossomed into a full-time commitment.

Interestingly, my foray into entrepreneurship wasn’t driven by a natural proficiency in sales or an extroverted personality; in fact, I’m quite the opposite. Nor was it motivated by a pursuit of financial gain or an absence of challenges. Instead, my enduring presence in this field is fueled by a profound desire to develop solutions that genuinely benefit our customers, to build an organization that truly values its team, and by a tenacious spirit that refuses to back down in the face of adversity.
